With specific questions in mind that outlined my case, Attorney Kimbrel responded with fully qualified answers. He's knowledge of both the law and individuals involved with the case clearly illustrated that he was the subject matter expert I needed. Expected Outcome. What will happen, and what decisions do you have to make? Attorney Kimbrel presented these to me throughout the process and his foresight was uncanny. Clayton Kimbrel did a fantastic job helping me with my FTA for an expired registration. The very best! I contacted Mr. Kimbrel because my husband had used him in the past and had raved reviews. I contacted him less than one week before my court appearance for two traffic tickets I had received. He was fast and extremely efficient at looking up my case, providing me with an understanding of the violations in the citations and possible outcomes as well as assuring me that he would represent me on my court date. He took the weight and worry off my shoulders COMPLETELY. He followed up with me immediately my court appearance with next steps and net net is he got all violations that would carry points dismissed!!!!! Mr. Kimbrel is an excellent attorney. We are out of state, my daughter is a student at KSU. She got a citation in the city of Atlanta for a broken headlight, and for a variety of reasons, her citation had escalated to the point of risking a suspended license. I called a handful of attorneys- most of which would no longer take cases in the city of Atlanta. Others were ridiculously expensive. When I spoke to Mr. Kimbrel, not only was he affordable and would take the case (he is very experienced in that court), but he was both calming and confident. He went out of his way to arrange his schedule to attend court on my daughter’s behalf (at the previously appointed time) and in doing so- he prevented her license from being suspended due to failure to appear (and saving us more time and money for resolving this situation). He was punctual, professional, polite and did exactly what he said he would do. We are extremely grateful to have found him and to have him help us. I saved him in my contacts, just in case- no need to look any further; call him first.
