My boyfriend has been incarcerated for 10 months fighting his case well if you could even call it that! Mr. Garcia hasn't seen him or spoken to him in 2 months. He has called him and left numerous messages along with myself and G is mother calling as well. None of us have received a return call. My boyfriends mother has a recent cancer diagnosis and we simy want to know what his plea offer is so we as a family can prepare for wether he will be involved during this difficult time of battling her illness or to what degree he will be able to be around. I myself have literally begged on my boyfriends behalf for Mr. Garcia to contact him and update h.om his case and stilnothing. At this point this is inhumane inexcusable and unethical on every level.. im not sure how he can even justify his actions.or claim to be assigned to this case.

Steve helped me out big time. I received a criminal speeding ticket and as most people know, they’re quite pricey. After all was said and done, the whole process went as smoothly as it possibly could’ve due to the circumstances. I was introduced to Stephen through a family member after my first lawyer didn't workout. I'm a truck driver and received a DUI. I was stressed out about the situation, but Stephen took care of everything for me. He actually fought for me, and didn't accept the first offer they made like most lawyers. He is knowledgeable about the laws, and does his research if not. Real easy to get a hold of whether text or phone call. Great experience and although I hope I never have to be in this type of situation again. I will not hesitate to contact Stephen in the future if ever needed.
