Excellent place to work! - Very professional and friendly staff. This firm allows flexible work scheduling which is awesome, particularly because of the price of gas ?. This definitely allows for a wonderful work-life balance ? to ensue. I'm a Libra ?? so balance is very important for and to me. Once I was approved for flexibility, I was then able to implement a self-care regimen into my schedule and loss a total of 33 lbs in 52 days. My group, in particular, is extremely busy -- thus, resulted in exhaustion, fatigue, and of course weight gain for me simply because there was no time to prepare healthy nutritionist meals and work out too (because we need both). I am NO coward in terms of volume or content of any given workload, but if we ignore the personal-care piece in our lives because there is no time, surely that would reflect in one's job performance and wirk-product. Thankfully, I can now do that. When you invest in yourself, everyone gets the best of you! I have more energy and I am well rested. Which has resulted in a nice and easy flowing day and I'm always on top of my game. I am content with myself, my role and ? the practice group ? in which I support. Thanks to outstanding leadership, generous compensation, super-duper benefits package (which includes self-care initiatives) and a fantastic office manager !!!!?????
