Best Lawyer I’ve ever had, I highly recommend this man. My first 2 criminal charges which were 2 different occasions he got withheld for me. Later down the road i ran into some trouble and got another charge. We fought this case for over a year, he told me everything was gonna be ok and he would do his best to give me the best possible outcome, me thinking “yeah all lawyers say that” just to keep me calm i was still nervous of what my outcome may be because i had already gotten into some trouble in the past and had already gotten very lucky. To my surprise after over a year of fighting my 3rd last case this man got the entire case DROPPED. This man will really fight for you and it was an honor to have him on my case. If you have any type of criminal charge it doesn’t matter what it is he will give you the BEST possible outcome. Our son found out, to his surprise, that there were two cases on his police record, cases that had been filed but dropped several years ago. We, the parents, wanted these cases expunged from his record especially for employment and travel purposes. Mr. Sercombe was referred to me through the Orange County Bar Association Lawyer Referral and Information Service. Mr. Sercombe and I had an extended conversation regarding the procedure that we needed to go through in order to proceed. Mr. Sercombe was very thorough. And I felt confident that he clearly knew what needed to be done as well as the length of time it was likely to take. He made it very clear that he was available at any time. I found that to be true. I received emails from Mr. Sercombe well after hours. And, every time I contacted his office, he made himself available to answer all of my questions and explain the criminal justice system. He has also been very available to our son. We found that Mr. Sercombe was committed to doing whatever was necessary to protect our son’s future as a young man. In sum, considering Mr. Sercombe’s level of professionalism and commitment to his clients, I would recommend Mr. Sercombe to anyone with potential legal liabilities.
