Don’t bother calling unless you’re 100% sure you want to hire them. I called and requested to speak with a lawyer about questions I had. I did receive a call back within a couple of minutes, so kudos on that I guess. I didn’t even get to finish explaining the situation and what my questions were before I was rudely interrupted, told to call someone else (I was not provided a phone number), and then I was hung up on. Just plain hung up on… no “goodbye”, no “good luck”… nothing at all. Ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Truly live up to the reputation of lawyers.
