We met with Alexandria Avera and she immediately put us at ease, and thoroughlly explained the process to both of us. She stayed in constant contact with us, the medical team and our insurance company. Alex was able to get the full settlement from our insurance company. We are very grateful to Alex and her assistant Eileen for their kindness and professionalism during this very trying time. We highly recommend them! -
