During a very stressful time, the professionals at Finch McCranie were a blessing. My attorney, Carl Lietz, was incredible in the way he handled both the criminal and civil side of my matter, ensuring that I was well represented without having to be subjected to situations that I would have otherwise been ill-prepared for. Being involved in a catastrophic accident is not a situation people think about finding themselves in. It is confusing, it is painful, it is scary. Finch McCranie came referred to my family while I was still in the hospital in the ICU. Lee and Richard immediately came to meet with my family to help advise during this traumatic time. Lee’s support went beyond just being my lawyer. He was there for me and my family as we navigated the lengthy legal process but often more importantly as we maneuvered the roller coaster of emotional and physical trauma we had been subjected to. He was available, he listened, and he advised to the point that he became a friend that I still keep in touch with today. No matter what I was facing during my recovery, I knew Lee and Richard were in my corner fighting for my family. Finch McCraine LLP are absolutely amazing! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly their communication is top notch! Steve, Carl and Brook are absolutely the best! They kept me in the loop and counseled me through the best options for me. I really feel as though they have my best interest at heart. There are no words to express my gratitude for Mr. Lietz. This was the most traumatic experience of my life and I thank GOD for sending Mr. Lietz to be my protector in this situation. He always stayed on top of my case and fought hard for me and my family. Even though I didn’t live in GA he never let the long distance get in the way of making sure we were able to work together to get whatever information he needed to move my case forward in a positive direction. I had many dreams of getting that call “your case has been dismissed” and with Mr. Lietz’s diligence and hard work I got the call I had been dreaming of. “The prosecutor is recommending the charges are dismissed against you!” I truly feel like I’m on top of the moon and my kids, my parents, and the rest of my family can not thank Mr. Lietz enough.
