Very unprofessional! I asked 4 times when scheduling initial consultation if they handle cases with student visas and was assured that they do. On the day of the call Katherine, who was supposed to be a point of contact, misses scheduled call and when we call to follow up tells us "let me research what STEM OPT is?" (no apology for missing the time/ obviously didn't even read the case form we took time to fill out) Why waste our time with having to share our case details with office assistant, fill out forms and schedule calls if you don't handle this visa?

Called this company one time. Now they won't stop texting me and calling me. I received 15 spam texts in three days. I've had to block the numbers twice now. Its unprofessional, ignorant, and down right harassment.

My experience with this firm is horrible. I hired Diamondback Legal for property dispute in June of 2022. First I was assigned a paralegal instead of an actual lawyer, that apparently did not research the deed. I was told immediately there was “a break in my case” that the deed overrode the Will, only to find after selling the home that the deed was invalid. This oversight cost me $50,000.00. Because we had to return to prior deed, which listed a family member we were trying to evict, who had a judgement against him for $50,000.00. The paralegal also failed to mention the personal property in the home during the court hearing, the rest of the family lost precious property of my mother’s that can never be replaced, as she is deceased, and property was stolen. All I got was an “I’m sorry I forgot to mention the property in court”. I severed the ties with Diamondback legal on the 17th of August and still have not received the remainder of my retainer ($900.00) as of October 20th, 2022. I would not recommend this firm for property issues, or anything else for that matter.

Today I visited Douglas Kouffie he was very professional answered all our questions and offered extra counsel. This place was friendly from the point of walking through the door. Everyone had a smiles and that made me smile while trying to figure out the needs that brought me there. I definitely recommend this office.
