UPDATE: I have been contacted now four times to “delete this review and come on in and we’ll help you out”, that’s sad when you have to leave a bad review before someone gets back to you. ????? Oh you’ll take my case now that I left a bad review huh ? Let me start by saying that I have used this law firm a couple times over the past 7+ years and have always had good results, up until this last time. I have experienced terrible customer service, can’t get any calls back or even a simple call to say that they do not want my case or whatever the case may be. Michelle actually answered the phone pretending to be someone else, I’m assuming because she was so embarrassed by not returning my calls you’re telling me repeatedly over the past three weeks that she would have Chris call me immediately. If you care about your case, then I would recommend you find a different law firm. This is not the one, they have changed a lot since some of the other lawyers left, obviously!!

When you are thrown into a situation via no fault of your own, it’s critical to have people working for you that care about your physical needs, your financial needs and your mental health aspect of these changes, again, through no fault of your own. Attorney Chris Daly and his paralegal, Michelle Gordon, have been most professional with helping me through my situation. I pray I NEVER have to deal with anything like this again but if I DO, I got their number on speed dial! I HIGHLY recommend this team! They CARE!

As soon as I walked in the office, I was greeted by a lady, that I have known for many years, Ms. Belinda, who I know as Lynn. She was kind and very welcoming. Her confidence in this law firm made me feel at ease, and that I made the right decision by coming to the law firm. I was referred to Attorney Christopher Daly by another close friend of mine, who has only heard many good things about Attorney Daly. He took the time to research, and make a phone call to ensure my minor workman's comp issue was resolved before I left his office. After speaking with Attorney Christopher Daly, his care, understanding, and knowledge made me want to tell the world. After I left his office, he called me, and reassured my issue was resolved. There are still many people in the world that truly cares about other people!
