I was facing a DUI charge which would have disqualified my Commercial Drivers License and ended my truck driving career. My lawyer, at the time, told me the best he could do was plead guilty with minimal fines and probation. At that point, I gave Mr. Davis a call. He reviewed the facts of my case and took an aggressive approach to make the state prove their case. He got the DUI dismissed and I left with a misdemeanor traffic citation.
