Cronus law was extremely helpful in a landlord tenant situation. As a tenant we had originally been dealing directly with negotiating a settlement with the management company when we were served eviction papers (we didn’t live at the property and keys were already turned back in.) at this point realized was more than we could do ourselves. Talked with Yash and he handled the eviction (dismissed) and took on the negotiating from there. Months later due to the landlord management company and their lawyers not responding timely had what we thought was an agreement only for them to not put in writing. Yash and the Cronus team was great throughout keeping me apprised on what was happening and giving options and advice. I decided with Yash to continue and filed a suit. Yash was able to settle the issue once the suit was filed and I was able to get all my money from the landlord back including my lawyer fees. Yash and everyone from Cronus were extremely nice and helpful. If you are looking for help against a landlord highly recommended Cronus.

Had a scheduled consult, phone call lasted 10 mins for $150, felt like I was pulling teeth for answers. The documents I sent weren’t even looked over based off the conversation. Wasn’t given any helpful information or resources. I honestly got better advice from a free attorney at Community Legal Services. Seems like this office is geared more towards helping Landlords and rich corporate management companies. If you are an individual save your time and money. Victoria who answers the phone is super nice though lol.

Cronus Law is an excellent law firm to choose. I called a little late at night searching for the right law firm and received a call back right away. Although they are in Phoenix they still represented me in Tucson. I feel they did get me a proper amount of compensation for my car accident injury. Fantastic,lawyers,I didn't have to worry about anything. They got my settlement in reasonable time, Marcy is fantastic. They care about you. They came to me when I could not get to them. I would recommend the firm hands down a 10 plus. Old fashioned morals,they put you first and the firm second.
