Recently came across his name while searching for an attorney and completed his online request form and was contacted immediately! The man I spoke with name was Randy, and he way beyond helpful. He was completely honest with me about my case and advised that he couldn't help me because of the county I was charged in. However, he spent over 20 minutes with me on the phone explaining the possible outcomes and assisting with finding another attorney who could help me! He also told me if I had anymore questions or couldn't locate an attorney, to call him back and he would try to assist me further. Again, this was very unexpected yet, it just reminds me that there are still good people left in the world?

I got a reckless driving ticket near botetourt county, I looked up for a good lawyer who can represent me for my ticket around that county. I contacted couple of law firms, some didn't pick up my calls and others said they will get back but they never did. Then I contacted Charles V. Hardenbergh Law office, Ms. Teresa spoke to me and told me how they gonna process my case and assured me that I was in good hands. She was fantastic!! Then my case was transferred to Mr.Paul Creasey who was my case manager. He told me what to do and gave instructions from start to finish and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Mr.Paul is very professional and helped me out with the whole process without any trouble. Finally, my reckless ticket was reduced to just speeding ticket.
