I had prior DUIs and I didn't want to get convicted of this new charge. I contacted Jason Cerbone right away and he agreed to take my case. He worked with me on a flexible payment plan and got what would've been my fourth DUI reduced to reckless driving in less than a three month period. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation.

My experience with Jason Cerbone was the best I could've imagined. He was prompt and efficient and guided me through this process professionally. He was able to reduce my DUI charge in Savannah, GA down to reckless driving based on lack of evidence on the state's part. I had been arrested by the Savannah Police Department. Jason was the perfect choice to handle my DUI case, I wish I had gone with him sooner. After separating from my initially hired attorney due to lack of determination to receive the best outcome for me I found Jason on Avvo and he was definitely the opposite. Jason Cerbone was amazing! This is the first time I’ve ever been in trouble and unfortunately, it was a DUI. I was very lucky to be able to hire Mr. Cerbone.
