When I say lazy & works when he wants to . I’m only talking about Cary Lackey . Good lawyer when he wants to be but lazy asl when he is mad about problems at home . Then will do the bare minimum to help with your case. If you get him as a public pretender you most definitely better ask for a change of counsel. I watched him in action working as a public pretender & he let his client all the way down. He is there to take your money & rail road his clients. Please Be Aware

I was fortunately able to hire Cary Lackey after months of being stuck with a public defender who had done no work on my complicated case. The legal system can be terrifying and confusing to navigate and you need an advocate like Mr. Lackey who will listen and treat you with respect and like a human being. Once Mr. Lackey took my case, he got busy immediately doing what should have been filed on my case from the beginning. He worked diligently, answered all questions that I and my family had promptly, and was very knowledgable about criminal law.
