My childhood home is in foreclosure due to a HELOC account that was discharged in 2011 and has not been paid in 10 years. I found HP's law firm on Google andscheduled an appointment for April 30th, 2019. HP listened to my story and recommended that I offer the investors a $2,000 short payoff. I didn;t want to email HP during the next week as he was going on vacation. I scheduled a second appointment for May 8, 2019. Hp's office manager charged me $500 to retain him. He did not seem interested in representing me so I sent him an email asking if he was going to take my case. HP responded via email, "I don't have the time or the patience to deal with lenders" and referred me to a different attorney in his office, Willima McComas. On May 16th I drove to Fresno (I live in Visalia) and met with him. The office manager charged me $2,000 for this visit. Before my friend and I could even sit down, McComas stated, "HP just gave me this case and I don't think I can help you." WTF??? He basically kicked my friend and I out of his office. I am still in shock. In this day and age, this only reiterates the fact that people are corrupt, misleading and all about money. I told HP that I would pay him. My credit is good. He treated me like I was the lowest of the low. Before you call this firm think twice about what I have just stated. HP is a big game-player and refuses to be "Honest" until he's backed in a corner. Buyer beware: before you pay this firm A CENT, make sure you know it they are taking your case seriously. I wasted precious time, money and effort and have learned a HUGE lesson about human nature. Don't think that ANYONE is better than you because that simply is not true. I rate this business a big, fat "F". Arlene Gonzales in Visalia

I have used this firm for many of my legal needs they have always done a great job and the cost was surprisingly low. They have always moved very quickly on my issues and time has always been an issue with other law firms. I highly recommend this firm. Kelly D.
