Camille is incredibly professional and cares about her clients. She worked on my mother's case and guided us on my wife's case. In my experience, most attorneys are in it for the money, but this is NOT Camille. She keeps an ongoing relationship with her clients, and is willing to go out of her way to help people in need. She is very knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST about her understanding of the law. Her staff are very professional and on top of everything. I HIGHLY recommend Camille to anyone looking for an immigration attorney.

First of all I would like to say how disappointed, unethical, and unprofessional Camille Cook and her staff are. My father was in the initial stage of his immigration process. His name was misspelled on the contract 3 times. Everyone knows that double-checking spelling errors in legal documents is crucial due to the fact that one minor error can cause the immigration process to take a wrong turn. Moreover, my father was mailed an updated contract with his named FINALLY spelled correctly, and we mailed it back. The FBI documents were supposed to be sent the day the updated contract came in. We sent the document back towards the end of September and my father received a call on 10/16/20 from the law office of Camille Cook stating that they had not received the updated contract. Nevertheless, they had already called him to let him know that the contract was received. My father went into the law office on 10/19/20 to sign the papers in person and asked whether he could talk to Mrs. Cook about the situation. The front staff said that was not possible because an appointment was needed. My father let them know that he wanted to let Camille know of the ongoing situation because its not okay for a law office to constantly make errors on clients application. In addition, once my dad arrived the front desk staff let him know that they had actually received the documents. How FRUSTRATING!!! First you say you have not received them, then you say you have. The front desk staff went to Mrs. Cook to let her know that my father wanted to talk to her. Mrs. Cook came out of her office 10 minutes later and yelled at my father that no one disrespects her staff and that he needed to leave her office. She handed him a full refund and yelled at him to leave. He told her that is not okay for a lawyer to get clients charge them a $100 consultation fee and then get rid of them. In addition, my father is still owed $15 and she refused to acknowledge that. I know its hard to admit when an error is committed, but your law firm office has poor customer service that needs to learn when to acknowledge their mistakes and error. Terrible service, unprofessional, unethical, and unjust is what this office is. Learn how to make up for your errors without blaming others. I really thought Mrs. Cook and her office were better due to the fact that their portrayed as a great service on Hispanic television; however, they are the opposite of what is portrayed of them.

Our case took a long time but I guess with any case it's a process. Camille was very knowledgeable I loved her attitude and attention to detail. My dad always had a hard time trying to get his green card and was never able to by himself or with my mom. He had a small record or blip on his record and that was always a problem when it came to immigration. Camille went ahead and had it all cleared up and got us his green card with in 3 years. We went ahead and finished paying her way before our case was done which I loved. And she continued to help us until everything was done. I highly recommend her and her office.

Immigration matters aren't very pleasant, but Camille and her team (Dulce and Mariana) made my year and a half process tolerable. I was constantly in touch with their office and they were never rude to me, and always had the answers I needed in any given situations. Camille is really sweet, her spanish is excellent. For the other people that are giving one star because her availability, that should tell you something about her professionalism and their results. I'd be busy as well if I was that good.
