Please avoid this place and go to an experienced attorney They helped me with a foia report a couple years ago so I called to set up an appointment for a family petition, The person on the phone told me that the Lawer will called me the next day, the phone ringed and they hung up so I called back and they told me the same thing that they will call me back the next day .finally I called to see if they will call me back for a consultation and till now no one had contacted me. If you can not handle a simple family petition please at least be professional enough to call your customers

I worked with Belmonte & De La Torre Law Firm to get my man here from Brazil. The entire process was grueling and long, however all the attorneys we worked with were super helpful. They never backed down or let up. We had so many extenuating circumstances but they came through and me and my partner are here in the USA together! I'm so grateful to them for everything they have done and for sticking this out with us.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!!!!! They made me loose a year on my case due to too many errors on their end! I had requested an appointment with Paola back in June & one of their employees received me which didn’t resolve anything! My case went through 2 employees & when I would call to get an update they told me that they don’t work there anymore. So if I don’t call, my case just sits there with no progress! I ended up finishing the work because the recent employee wouldn’t do it. I requested to speak with Paola or Salvador but they just schedule me an appointment with the current person in charge of my case. It’s so frustrating but when I called to schedule a consult for my case 2 years ago they gave me an appointment right away with Paola. The free consult is not worth it! Don’t waste your time & money here!!!!!
