D. Brannon Byers, Esq is a scoundrel. He attempted to bribe me in court of law by offering to give me what I asked for in return, if I drop a restraining order. I was rightfully granted a protective order. All this to protect a lying narcissist. Under O.C.G.A. §16-10-2 bribery is a felony.

This is the worst law firm ever. Disrespectful and rude. Atty Bussert said some very disrespectful things and Atty Byers didn’t seem to have a problem with the statement. That speaks volumes. Don’t use these people ever. Horrible!! They read the reviews. Notice how they don’t respond to the negative reviews and that’s because they don’t care.

The worst! The staff is very rude and unprofessional, Attorney Washington kept telling me he would meet with me for a consultation but never did. I was billed for hours of work that was never done. Failed to gather evidence and Attorney Washington showed up to court completely unprepared, they presentation absolutely no evidence even though I provided it to them. They even presented the wrong pictures as evidence. These people at this law firm are just predators! Most of these reviews are fake! Don't be fooled!

Shaun was amazing. Without him I don’t think the decision would’ve been as favorable as it was. Thank you so much and I 100% recommend for any fathers struggling to get fair parental agreements and child support.

Look no further for help. When you step into the care of the law firm of Bell & Washington, you have just entered into the presence of The Dream Team! Here is my story: I had been calling around to various law firms, at that time it was now going into day two of continuous calls to various law firms. Doors kept closing politely in my face. Every law office I called explained that they could not help me if I could not pay the retainer fee that they required. I only had limited funds available, and the retainer fee was much too high for me to pay. I began to wonder would I receive any help for my case. Finally, I called another law firm and began to explain my case and situation once again. The office administrator explained the cost of the retainer fee, I explained what I had available. I called and spoke with Deanna, and she immediately told me, "We will help you." Please take a moment to understand what those simple words meant to me. Bell and Washington heard my cry and immediately from day one stood by me all the way through my case. Danielle my attorney gave her all on my behalf, as she went above and beyond regarding my case, Glenda my paralegal also gave her all on my behalf, as she also went above and beyond regarding my case, Hunter always so very kind and courteous, he would each month make sure that my monthly payments were not overly burdensome for me, and Deanna always when I called into the office kept giving me great encouragement, and genuine concern for my overall well-being, as they all worked together towards the completion of my case.
