Writing this review for anyone that is fighting for their life. In times of uncertainty - this team is who you need in your corner. (Without putting too much personal information online) There were times of helplessness that was met with swift, relentless, action from Gabe Banks. From being a good man with good values, Gabe has a strong understanding of the legal system, and also from what I can tell, good relationships with judges & other prosecutors which only enhances the fact that he will fight for what is right FAST. For anyone facing1 or 2 (or more) life sentences and/or is already going through it, Banks Weaver, LLC. is where you need to be. you’ll know it when you meet them and I hope you take this counsel seriously. even after all was said and done, they still are readily available for any aid I may need and that security is only found in true professionals. 5/5

I was in an awful car accident in December and it was 100% the other persons fault. When I tried to make any claims against his insurance I got nothing but push back. I went to Banks Weaver! Sam Weaver and Gabe really pulled through! I wouldn’t have been able to get a new car or anything. They really saved me and I truly appreciate their work and their time they take to fight your case. They did amazing and won the case for me and then some! I appreciate them and will definitely come back to them for anything legal I need help with.

Great Firm ! I had the opportunity to work with Sam Weaver and he was very upfront about everything there was for me to know. He is VERY dedicated and was very dedicated to my needs.
