My case was adjustment of status, and I had a suspended removal case at the immigration court. His advice was to proceed to reopen my case at the court before applying to adjust status. For my shock and disbelief, 6 months after meeting with Dan ballacer, I received a letter from the USICS informing that my application was denied, the reason is that my case is pending. I contacted Mr ballacer to hear him say ( this was a procedural setback) . That's it, he didn't follow his owen advice, he didn't let me know what he was going to do, he didn't apologize for wasting time of my life, like nothing happened. The truth is this wasn't abnormal for my overall experience with Mr ballacer, lack of proper communication ,and lack of respect. I had to release him even though it would cost me financially. My case had a quick successful result with another attorney.
