RUN WHILE YOU CAN. I was involved in a accident last June 2021. My husband heard BigAl on the radio. And stated I should give him a call. Normally, I read reviews. However, I didn't do that. I regret using this firm. I never spoke to a lawyer. Thier employer has a bad turn over. They are there today gone tomorrow. They only got a small settlement for 3 of my kids. My other daughter and myself. Was not compensated. Mr.Silverman called and stated my case is been closed .Due to I didn't have uninsured motorists. But, I was hit from behind. Causing over 35,000 dollar worth of damage to my car. This law firm takes your money. Ii will never used this firm again.and remind anyone to this firm. Big AL is a joke. Stop lying. And close your firm.

I would not recommend this business. Not associated with the bbb. Took advantage of my 20 year old son sold him a dream once his partners in crime got their part of the settlement he jut about had nothing left. And the 20 year old was rear ended would give no star. Do your research before you decided to hire this law firm some times attattorneys have try to handle to many cases and don't make time for others check with the state bar

I hate that I wasted my time with this firm, everytime I contacted them to speak to my attorney they would refer me to my case worker who was either always on lunch or wasnt in the office. For a whole week i never actually spoke on the phone to the case manager or attorney despite me calling several times. And when the case manager would reach out it would be threw email only. Never would she call back to speak with me . They sent me to a chiropractor and after my third visit the chiropractor needed the attorney approval to send me to get a MRI that was recommended they emailed again instead of speaking with me to let me know that the approval was given and that i would be scheduled to get a MRI by the doctor at the chiropractors office the next day the doctor was still stating that they needed approval for my MRI I told them that my attorneys office emailed me and said they have their approval it was all lies they never gave and was taking their time doing it, They lied to me and said they sent paperwork over to the at faults insurance company letting them know i was being represented by them. Upon calling that insurance company they stated they never received a letter or email stating that. I would not recommend this form to anyone, they lie to you, you can never speak to anyone besides the person that answers the phone, they do not keep u informed on whats going on with your case. After only having them for a week I had to fire them and go to a law firm that i am actually able to speak to my attorney and who keeps me informed of whats going on . STAY AWAY dont let the radio ads fool you . Believe these current updated reviews they are Accurate

If you are looking for an office that handles business in a timely manner and is respectful of their clients please look else where. Here you will be disrespected by receptionist, paraprofessional who does not take her job serious and leave you lingering for months and attorneys are in no hurry to handle your case and will give you no information I really hate I referred the other in the accident to this attorney only for everyone to fill disregarded & disrespected at times trying to get information on our kids cases. Things are definitely not being handled in a timely manner
