It’s sad that there is no help at an agency who get donations to help. They are willing to return no calls and they will stop answering all phone calls an hour before their lunch breaks. I have left messages twice on a time sensitive matter with no return call insight. So my goal is now to drive up there even though their website says before a walk in please have appointment but because no one is calling me back and once again, this is a time sensitive matter. I have to take my chances and drive there in California they get to you so quickly we’re moving to Georgia I hate to but for majority of the workforce to be African-American. They literally do nothing now I see why it is so hard for people to own or majority of businesses to be all black because it is nothing but a power trip when it comes to our own people. So sad and we wonder why we cannot build anything. And then the coldest part is you see all these said they’ve done tours of the building are you looking at the reviews of this place because more than likely that tour had a lot to do with them up and running they shouldn’t get anything if they’re not using the money or the resources to help this building should really be close as it’s not helping anyone…….

This place is so unprofessional as soon as this lady called back she proceeds to tell me she can’t help without even listening to the problem you are better off going to your local congressman regarding your issues then dealing with this place . They don’t even care about problems anymore it’s a numbers game to them

Too busy to help me. Told me I need to have an eviction filed before they could answer ANY questions. Won't answer questions about past cases or hypothetical situations. Not helpful at all. I'm sure they help some people, but not me. Not in Griffin either. They sent me to another organization if I remember correctly. Confusing names are so similar. I know none of them helped with questions.

They just give you the runaround! My case never got resolved and now it's too late! Don't waste your time

Waste of time if you are looking for competent caring legal help. They don’t care.The attorney is lazy, doesn’t want to take on causes they require actual work. Argumentative and victim shaming. Worst intake experience ever.
