I took my son here after an accident. I got a call from a chiropractor around July looking for him because the firm was not able to contact him and the 2 years was up in Oct. He contacted the firm the next day.. He signed papers finally about 4 weeks ago. Still no check and the 2 years is almost up. I called a couple times to ask them to keep him updated and the lawyer called him and asked why I keep calling. He thinks people will do their job, he paid for contacts he never got thats why I was reaching out to them.This company not only doesn't care if the chiropractor gets paid, they dont care that my son would be stuck with the bill. I have tried to contact Mr. Suzuki but the contacts block me. I'm hoping Mr. Suzuki sees this and gets it taken care of , I realize he has no control of some thing he is not aware of.. Mr Sasuki saw this review and called me. Made sure my son was taken care of. He said staff has been told to forward any call or messages to him when customers request to speak to him.
