My first reaction when I learned my son was arrested for driving under the influence was to leave him in jail so he could learn his lesson, but as the day progressed and as I tried to learn all the terms that were being thrown at me with no clear understanding of when my son would be released. I called Shane on a Sunday late afternoon & he answered! He explained what was happening and said he could be at the court house when he went in front of the judge. Shane took care of everything, explained next steps and always kept me informed.
