I called and spoke with Franklin. He was amazing! He needed to confirm some information that he was advising me, which I totally appreciated, and got right back to me RIGHT BACK TO ME! In 5 minutes I had the answers to a few legal questions I had. Additionally, my daughter had a legal question regarding a home she just bought and he quickly and expertly explained the process to her, and was able to help her out as well. I have been working with Franklin in regards to a Deed that was taken out on a property When the owner, my dad, was not of sound mind and body This has been a very stressful time and Franklin has been nothing but the best. He is so informative he keeps in constant touch with me He is hard-working and has a great attitude.. We were downsizing from our bigger house to a smaller one, my best friend suggested we use Darren to help sell my home and buy a new one. He s very laid back and easy to speak with and never had a problem answering all the questions we had. Foreclosure hit my family really hard. We felt very confused with the whole process and needed guidance. We turned to Darren for help and we re so thankful we did. Darren explained how he would handle our foreclosure defense. We d first have to file for bankruptcy and later get a loan modification. Darren made sure we were aware of all of our legal options and asked if we wanted to save or sell our home. No other lawyer offered us this option the rest had said our only option was to sell. I never felt talked down to and everything was always explained to me in terms I could always understand.
